Pick the Kuailian package: match exe or dmg to the page cards
Take the installer from the OS card: exe on Windows, dmg on Mac. If the filename does not match the card, do not install it.

Treat the download-card date and the installer’s modified time as source of truth. A filename with v3 is not automatically newer.
